Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE DATE: JUNE 2025  ·  PHANTOM CORE  ·  PHANTOMCORE.UK

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Echo ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Echo.

About Echo

Echo is a personal AI assistant developed and distributed by Phantom Core. It is provided as a desktop application for Windows and is currently in active development. Features, availability, and pricing may change over time.

Permitted Use

You may use Echo for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Third-Party Services

Echo integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini and the Gmail API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Phantom Core is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

YOUR API KEYS AND OAUTH TOKENS ARE STORED LOCALLY. PHANTOM CORE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THEM.

No Warranty

Echo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Phantom Core does not guarantee that Echo will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use Echo at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Echo, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or service interruption.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Echo — including its code, design, branding, and name — remain the exclusive property of Phantom Core. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

Termination

Phantom Core reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Echo at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using Echo at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Echo evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Echo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
